I am an experienced governance professional. I served as a Technical Advisor on the Board of Directors of the Uganda Red Cross Society, a member of the world's leading humanitarian organization. I also contributed my expertise to the Board of Reach Out Mbuya, a community-based NGO dedicated to providing HIV/AIDS care to urban poor persons living with HIV/AIDS. I also served as Secretary to the Council of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda, in addition to serving on the Members Services Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

My speaking engagements include over 22 keynotes annually at major conferences and business events. My thought leadership extends to academia, where I served as a visiting strategy lecturer for MBA students at Kisubi Brothers University College, now the University of Kisubi.
I hold an MBA from Makerere University and am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI). I was among the first Ugandans to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, USA.
During my ACCA final exams, I emerged as the best national candidate, receiving an award in Strategic Business Planning & Development sponsored by PwC Uganda.
I am the publisher of the acclaimed corporate governance book 7 Tools to Get on the Board and Add Value, and I am currently a board advisor, fintech founder and investor.
